Leadership
Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. Through various projects and roles throughout the years, I have achieved certain leadership skills. However, there are still more things I can learn.
CCA Vice President
Year 2022
What I did:
- I assisted the president and help planned and manage activities such as bonding sessions.
- I took care of the CCA welfare.
What I learned:
- I learnt how to take more initiative to bear more responsibilities when the workload gets heavier
- I learnt how to better plan physical sessions.

Class Chairperson
Year 2018
What I did:
- I was assigned to handle administrative issues, like the messenger between the class and various teachers, takes attendance and ensure that the class is in good conditions (e.g. doors locked in the end, duties are performed to keep the class clean)
- I took care of the class welfare.
What I learned:
- I learnt how to communicate better with my peers without sounding superior.
- I learnt how to take responsibility.

What I did:
- I was assigned to handle administrative issues, like the messenger between the other leaders or teachers, taking attendance.
- I took care of the welfare of my section.
- I was accountable for my section mates whereabouts.
